Test all keypad functions at the panel.
Lamp tests to check LEDs on display.
Tighten all connections as needed.
Test systems batteries, and any other booster panels batteries associated with fire alarm control panel (FACP).
100% testing of each field device per NFPA 72 chapter 14.
100% visual walk through of entire site checking that all audiovisuals are functioning properly.
Complete NFPA 72 annual inspection reports, tags placed on systems with date of inspection for visual documentation.
Upload reports to the compliance engine if applicable.
Document any deficiency of the system found during testing.
Quote customer of the impairments that need corrected, and fix issues in order to submit a compliant annual fire alarm inspection.

Troubleshoot any impairments of the system.
Trace ground faults, shorts circuits, open circuits, and equipment failures, to get the system back to normal operation.
Replace any defective equipment, and test equipment to ensure functionality.

Run wire for field devices. Ensuring proper strapping, and that the circuits are free of any ground faults or short circuits before terminating.
Mount boxes, install field devices, and terminate all wiring at the fire alarm control panel (FACP).
Program system, and pretest at 100%.
Perform final inspection for the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), and complete the Record of Completion form per NFPA 72.
